Ingredients:
3 very ripe chopped & frozen bananas
3 Tablespoons low fat milk, or nondairy alternative
Pinch of salt
Directions:
1. Place frozen bananas, milk, and salt into a blender or food processor. Blend until the desired consistency is achieved. Adding more milk will make the ice cream more of a soft-serve texture.
2. Serve immediately or store in the freezer.
Flavor options:
Simply add these ingredients to the blender in addition to the base ingredients
listed above.
Chocolate:
1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 Tablespoons cocoa powder Peanut Butter:
2-3 Tablespoons peanut butter (or other nut butter) Berry:
1 cup frozen berries of choice
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
Coffee Chocolate Chip:
1⁄2 teaspoon instant coffee granules
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
1⁄4 cup chocolate chips
