Donna Kimrey, FNP

A family nurse practitioner, Donna Kimrey earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Winston-Salem State University, her Master’s Degree and family nurse practitioner designation from Western Carolina University. She has experience in the emergency department and as a sexual assault nurse examiner. Donna is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is certified in Adult Advanced Life Support (ALS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Basic Life Support and Mental Health First Aid.

Casey Castrianni, RN, BSN

Casey has dedicated nearly 12 years to serving her community in the medical field. Starting as a licensed practical nurse, she pursued her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Casey is passionate about education and is always seeking learning and teaching opportunities bringing positivity and comfort to those who want to grow. While nursing is a big part of her life, her role as a wife and mother are her most significant accomplishments. During her free time, Casey enjoys traveling, working in her garden, and doing projects around the house. She is a big fan of Disney and loves planning trips.

Britney Monroe, M.Ed., LCMHC, NCC

Britney Monroe is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and National Certified Counselor. She received her Master of Education in Counseling from James Madison University and is a Licensed School Counselor. Britney also has teaching and supervisory experience with masters-level counseling students. Britney specializes in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, stress, self-esteem, relationship and family conflict, emotional regulation, and careers. She aims to provide a safe and supportive space to collaborate and work to help others reach their goals and find inner strength to cope with life challenges.
