Ingredients:
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, halved lengthwise
1⁄2 teaspoon adobo seasoning or salt
2 16-ounce jars black bean & corn salsa
Optional: top with cheese and avocado and serve with your favorite vegetable and/or brown rice
Directions:
1. Season the chicken with adobo or salt. Place in the slow cooker.
2. Dump the two jars of salsa onto the chicken.
3. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
4. Top with any of the optional toppings and serve.
